Drawing from both personal and professional experience, Natasha is dedicated to increasing awareness, reducing stigma, and helping providers better recognize and understand OCD.

Natasha is an International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) Advocate and a National Board Certified Counselor. She has completed extensive OCD-specific training, including the IOCDF’s renowned Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI).

She has a private practice based in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she provides Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy to clients in Nevada, California, Washington, New Mexico, and Vermont.

Where can I find the training slides and references?

Any slides and references will be provided to you to access and download via this portal.

What Technology Requirements are necessary?

You will need to have access to a secure internet connection, the Zoom platform for live trainings, and a web browser such as Chrome.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds and all sales are final.

I attended a live training, how do I get my Continuing Education (CE) certificate?

To be eligible for a continuing education (CE) certificate you must be on time and present for the ENTIRETY of the live webinar.

You will be asked to sign in at the beginning and check out at the end, and the time you are in the webinar will be tracked through Zoom. These are ways we verify your attendance of the full training.

You must also complete a course evaluation form and any other prerequisites and materials listed in this training course by the time your course access expires (see Online Course Terms & Conditions). Upon completion of these requirements, you will receive a Continuing Education (CE) certificate.

You will be able to download a copy of your certificate of completion after you have completed all training requirements and your attendance and participation have been verified.  

Please keep a copy of your Certificate of Completion for your records.  This certificate will also be available in your training portal for a limited time from the date of the online training.

How long do I have to complete the training course?

To receive continuing education credit you must complete the training within 60 days from the day you purchased the course.

Will I receive a calendar invite for the live trainings?

Yes, you will receive an email with an option to add the training to your calendar.  Email training reminders will also be sent 1-week, 1-day, and 1-hour before the live training.

How do I get my Continuing Education (CE) certificate for a Home Study course?

Once you complete the training, quiz, and evaluation, you will be able to download your CE certificate from course player in the training portal.

How long will I have access to the Home Study courses?

You will have access for 60 days after the date of purchase.

How do I make a complaint?

While we hope this is never needed, we do have a formal process for handling concerns.  All complaints must be submitted in writing to hello@ocd.xyz.
A member of our team will review the complaint and respond within 30 days of receiving it.
The following information must be included in your written complaint:
  1.  Your name and contact information.
  2.  The name and contact details of the individual, training program, or organization the complaint is about.
  3.  A clear, detailed explanation of the issue, concern, or situation.
  4.  Any relevant rules, policies, or standards connected to the issue (if known).
  5.  Copies of any supporting documents, communications, or records.
  6.  Your signature.
