About Our Trainings
What types of trainings do you offer?
We offer live (virtual) trainings and self-paced home study courses focused on OCD and related disorders.
Who are these trainings designed for?
Trainings are designed for licensed mental health professionals and professionals seeking continuing education in OCD assessment and treatment.
Are your trainings approved for continuing education (CE) credit?
Select trainings are approved for CE credit through applicable state boards and organizations. Approval details are listed on each individual training page.
Registration & Access
How do I access my training after purchase?
After registering, you will receive an email with a link to access your training.
You may also access your training at any time by visiting the training portal on this site learn.ocd.xyz and clicking Sign In at the top of the page. If this is your first time accessing the portal, click Sign Up to create your account using the same email address you used at checkout.
Once logged in, your purchased training will appear in your account.
What technology do I need?
You will need:
- A secure internet connection
- A current web browser (Chrome recommended)
- Zoom access for live trainings
Continuing Education (CE)
Credit & Certificates
What is required to earn CE credit?
To receive CE credit, participants must:
- Complete the full training
- Meet attendance or watch-time requirements (as applicable)
- Complete any required quiz and/or course evaluation
When are CE certificates issued?
CE certificates are issued only after all required components are successfully completed.
How long will my CE certificate be available?
Your CE certificate will be available for download through the training portal for a limited time. Please save a copy for your records.
Continuing Education (CE)
Completion Deadlines
Live Trainings
For live trainings, all CE requirements—including attendance verification and completion of the course evaluation—must be completed within 30 days of the live training date to receive a CE certificate.
Home Study Courses
Home study courses are self-paced and do not have a required completion deadline for earning CE credit. CE certificates are issued once all required components are completed.
Live Trainings
How is attendance verified for live trainings?
Attendance is verified through Zoom sign-in, sign-out, and participation tracking. CE credit is awarded only to participants who attend the full live session and complete all required post-training components, including the training evaluation.
How do I access the live Zoom session?
Live trainings are conducted via Zoom. After registering, participants receive Zoom access details and reminder emails prior to the training date.
Will I receive calendar invites or reminders?
Yes. Registrants receive an email with the option to add the training to their calendar, along with reminder emails before the event.
What happens if I arrive late or leave early?
Partial attendance does not qualify for CE credit.
Home Study Courses
What is required to complete a home study course?
Home study completion typically includes:
- Viewing the full training
- Completing a quiz (if applicable)
- Submitting a course evaluation
What happens if I arrive late or leave early?

Training Materials & Resources
Will slides or references be provided?
When applicable, slides and reference materials are provided within the training portal and available for download.
Access Duration
How long will I have access to my training?
- Live trainings: Access to course materials is provided for a limited time following the training date and may be removed after the CE eligibility period ends.
- Home study courses: Access is provided while the course remains available. Continued access is not guaranteed.
OCD.xyz reserves the right to modify or discontinue course access at any time.
Policies
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final and refunds are not offered.
Can CE deadlines be extended?
CE certificates are issued only when requirements are completed within the designated eligibility period. Extensions cannot be guaranteed.
How do I make a complaint?
While we hope this is never needed, OCD.xyz maintains a formal process for reviewing concerns. All complaints must be submitted in writing to hello@ocd.xyz and will be reviewed and responded to within 30 days of receipt.

- A clear, detailed explanation of the issue, concern, or situation
- Any relevant rules, policies, or standards connected to the issue (if known)
- Copies of any supporting documents, communications, or records
- Your signature
How do I request accommodations?
Participants requesting accommodations should submit their request in writing to hello@ocd.xyz prior to the training date. Requests should include:
- The training title and date (if applicable)
- A description of the requested accommodation
Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While we strive to accommodate reasonable requests, not all accommodations may be available for every training or format.
